Cheap kabobs in South OC?

Post by Charles »

Is there a hole in the wall, mom and pop, barely speak English, place to get lamb kabobs? Pakistani, Persian, something like that. If you've been to Crystal City in Arlington, something like Kabob Palace. High volume, fresh bread, styrofoam boxes, take out, etc. Mission Viejo, RSM, LN? I think there is something like that in Irvine or maybe El Toro?

Used to be a few really good hole-in-the-wall Persian/Barska-Hye kabob places in Lake Forest. Most have closed down.

Kassra on La Paz and Hatam on Jeronimo are good, but more sit-down style, not as cheap.

California Doner Sandwiches in RSM was pretty good kabobs.

Kabob Express in Irvine.

I can list about 20 really good places if you have a reason to be in Glendale.
