This is a pretty flexible page. It used to be my opening page because it was the only one that had enough room in the frames that don't reload for all of the text and graphics that this type of site requires. It has room for a title in the top left frame, room for plenty of text and graphics in this frame and room for a little bit of text and/or graphics in the lower right frame. The width is variable in the two left frames and the height is variable in the two bottom frames. Try not to put an image or table over 300 pixels wide on the left side or else it will scroll on a small screen. I've seen quite a few people with titles that scrolled or ran out of the frame on this one. Be careful with the lower right frame too, because it isn't that tall on a small screen. Use the pictures on the first page or the small screen viewer for reference.

This is also a good page to cannibalize to make your own frameset with. It's an easy one for a beginner to rearrange because of the way it's divided. Be careful if you do though, because the frameset that looks good on your screen can look really screwy on somebody else's. Think about which frames have to be a fixed size and which can be variable and try to visualize what might happen if they were to shrink or expand .
